Your cloud, expertly carried
We take on the daily operation of your environment — monitoring, patching, incident response, backup verification — so your team spends its hours on the business, not the plumbing. All of it under a written service agreement that reports misses as well as wins.
What “managed” means when we say it
Plenty of providers sell managed services that amount to a phone number you can call when something breaks. Ours is the opposite arrangement: we watch the environment continuously so most problems are handled before you would have noticed them.
24/7 watch
Monitoring and alerting around the clock, with incident response times defined by severity and written into the agreement.
Security as routine
Patching cadence, access reviews, and log monitoring as standing items. An unpatched estate is an incident waiting for a date.
Backups that restore
Backup management with actual restore testing. A backup you’ve never restored is a hope, not a control.
Reporting you can read
A monthly report covering uptime, incidents, changes, and spend — readable in five minutes, honest about anything we missed.
Your team, freed
Engineers stop watching dashboards and start building product. Or you skip hiring a cloud operations team entirely.
You keep ownership
Accounts, data, and infrastructure code remain yours. We operate the estate; we don’t hold it hostage. Orderly exit terms are in the agreement.
The patterns that push teams to managed operations
The pager tax
Every hour an engineer spends on-call or firefighting is an hour not spent building. Small teams pay this tax heaviest, and it compounds into attrition.
Key-person risk
One engineer understands the environment; the environment is fine until they resign. Managed operations replaces a person with a documented practice.
Maintenance postponed under pressure
Patching, access reviews, and backup tests always lose to the urgent feature. Skipped for months, they become the audit finding or the breach.
No operational record
When a regulator or auditor asks what happened and when, “we think” is not an answer. A managed practice produces the evidence as a by-product of doing the work.
From onboarding to steady state
Assess the estate
A documented review of what exists, what state it’s in, and what risks we’re inheriting. Anything that should be fixed before we can operate responsibly gets flagged upfront, with costs.
Agree the service
Scope, severity levels, response times, reporting, and exit terms — written into a service agreement you can hold us to. We don’t advertise response times here that a contract would quietly walk back.
Instrument and onboard
Monitoring, alerting, backup verification, and access under least-privilege roles you grant. Every action we take is logged and visible to you.
Operate and review
Steady-state operations with monthly reports and a quarterly service review — including cost trends, so operations and spend discipline stay connected.
Included as standard
- 24/7 monitoring and alerting
- Incident response with defined severity levels
- Patch and update management
- Backup management with restore testing
- Access and permission reviews
- Change management for infrastructure updates
- Monthly service report; quarterly review meeting
Who this fits
- Organisations without a dedicated cloud operations team
- Teams that have one, but want it building product instead of watching dashboards
- Businesses that need audit-ready operational records
- Environments we built, or environments we’ve never seen — both are onboardable
Got questions? We have answers.
What are your response times?
Set by severity level and written into your service agreement, so the honest answer is: whatever we sign, which depends on the tier you choose. What we don’t do is advertise a number here that the contract quietly walks back.
Can you manage an environment you didn’t build?
Yes. Onboarding starts with a documented review of the estate. Anything we think should be fixed before we can operate it responsibly gets flagged upfront, with costs — no surprises in month two.
Do we lose access to our own environment?
No. You retain full ownership and access. We work within roles you grant, every action is logged, and you can see what we do. Providers who ask you to hand over root ownership are asking for the wrong thing.
How does pricing work?
A monthly fee scoped to the size and complexity of the estate and the service tier. Scoping happens after we’ve seen the environment — quoting before that would just be a number invented to end a conversation.
What happens if we want to leave?
Orderly handover is written into the agreement: documentation, credentials rotation, and transition support. You own everything already, so leaving is administrative, not hostage negotiation.
