Who we are
Navalti is a cloud infrastructure and managed services company based at 1 Salaudeen Akano Street, Ogudu GRA, Lagos, Nigeria. For anything relating to this policy, contact us at hello@navalti.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact forms on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing pixels. The only data we hold about you is what you choose to send us.
Why we collect it and on what basis
We use your contact details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, where it leads to a working relationship, conducting that relationship. The lawful basis under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and contract performance where an engagement follows. We do not add you to mailing lists, send marketing sequences, or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.
Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Form submissions are delivered to our email system and handled by the people who need them to respond to you. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship that follows, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted where we have no continuing basis to keep it. To exercise any of these, email hello@navalti.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission if you believe we have handled your data improperly.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are protected against common abuse. We apply the same security discipline to our own systems that we sell to clients — it would be strange not to.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. We won’t retroactively change what we do with data you have already submitted.
